There is a small update

I have potted spruce today.

As I have a slightly larger pot is used, the tree has enough substrate to grow better.

The shape of the shell fits me quite well to the tree.

I have specially chosen these for my Greek friends, since the shapes very

Als Pot habe ich eine etwas größere verwendet, so das der Baum genügend Substrat hat um besser zu wachsen.

Die Form der Schale passt für mich ganz gut zum Baum.

Ich habe extra diese gewählt für meine griechischen Freunde, da die Formen sehr

Good morning Merlin.
I agree with what you have wrote above. I am growing 2 piceas in my terrace and they are thriving under a fulll exposition to the Sun light and proper watering.
The raw material you are using is really astonishing! To my opinion a big part of your succes is your choises in selecting these trees regardless the fact they are garden yamadori or collected from the mountains!
Selecting the right tree gives one endless possibilities in styling and transforming it into a great bonsai.
