Hi,

Since long I'm on to consider me to build a kind of Tokonoma. To be able to shoot better around my trees mainly.
First I thought of a Rectangular variant .... but then I decided to go for a slightly disturbed also direct form ...
I put less emphasis on the accent plants, so I built a slightly smaller box so ideal to put the trees into the light.

Results and tree pictures come to the conclusion of this thread ......'m curious, what do you say.

Hallo Zusammen,

seit langen bin ich am überlegen, mir eine Art Tokonoma zu bauen. Hauptsächlich um meine Bäume besser fotografieren zu können.
Zunächst dachte ich an ein Rechteckige Variante....habe mich aber dann für eine etwas gestauchtere Form entschieden...
Ich lege weniger Wert auf die Beistellpflanzen , deshalb baute ich mir eine etwas kleinere Box um so die Bäume optimal ins Licht zu setzen.

Ergebnisse und Baumbilder kommen zum Schluß dieses Threads......bin mal gespannt, was ihr dazu sagt.

I built a base today, where I can hold different floors.

ich habe mir heute einen Sockel gebaut, wo ich unterschiedliche Böden einlegen kann.

Hier mal ein paar Bilder

Why is this better for me?

a) The support plates are smaller and more manageable .... and fast to make in every look.

b) through the base I can the whole optical pick up something from the subfloor.

c) attach wheels to the base, I can compl. Move part where I need it, including tree.

d) I do not need an extra table Bonsai

e) for me one of the most important points but was ...... I can see the base to push forward the better set up the trees around
to be able to.
For small trees, this is not a problem to put out the back in the middle of the Tokonoma, but in my
Big Trees (50kg up) that alone does not create. So I can set up the tree and then position the base at rest on rollers.
That works just fine.

Warum ist das für mich besser?

a) Die Auflageböden sind kleiner und handlicher....und schnell in jeder Optik anzufertigen.

b) Durch den Sockel kann ich das Ganze optisch etwas abheben vom Unterboden.

c) Durch anbringen von Rädern am Sockel, kann ich das kompl. Teil inkl. Baum verschieben wo ich es benötige.

d) Ich brauch keinen extra Bonsaitisch

e) für mich einer der wichtigsten Punkte war aber......ich kann den Sockel nach vorne schieben um so besser die Bäume aufstellen
zu können.
Bei kleinen Bäumen ist das kein Problem diese aus dem Rücken in die Mitte des Tokonoma zu stellen, aber bei meinen
Großen Bäumen (50kg aufwärts) ist das alleine nicht zu schaffen. So kann ich den Baum aufstellen und dann den Sockel in Ruhe auf Rollen positionieren.
Das klappt wunderbar.

A few things I will change lighting technology, yet .... but otherwise works quite well.

Ein paar Sachen werde ich Lichttechnisch noch ändern....aber ansonsten klappt das ganz gut.
